Helpful things to include
- Reporting a problem? Tell us which tool, what you did, what happened, and your phone or browser (for example "Chrome on Android"). Please don't attach private documents - a description is enough.
- Suggesting a tool? Tell us what you were trying to do. Many of our tools started as a user's idea.
- Privacy question? See our Privacy policy first - the short answer is that your files never leave your device.
When will we reply?
We usually reply within 2-3 working days.
