Why did my PDF hardly shrink?
Compression works on the pictures inside a PDF. A PDF that's mostly text is already small. For scans, try Scanned document mode.
Will the text get blurry?

How do I get a PDF under 1 MB or 200 KB for a form?
Choose Strong. If it's a scan, also tick Scanned document mode and Black & white.
