How do I make a passport size photo?
Choose Quick size: Passport photo (35 × 45 mm at 300 DPI). The photo is filled and trimmed to the right shape. Set a Max file size if your form has a limit.
What does DPI (resolution) do?
DPI tells printers how big to print the image. 300 DPI is standard for photos and documents; 72 DPI is fine for screens. With cm, mm or inches, DPI also decides how many pixels you get.
What size should I use for Instagram?
Pick Instagram post (1080 × 1080) or portrait (1080 × 1350) from Quick size.
Will resizing reduce quality?
Making images smaller keeps them sharp. Enlarging can look soft, because detail can't be invented.
