Questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Nibadai does the work inside your own browser, so your files never leave your device. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it keeps working.
Is it really removed?
Yes. Pages with black boxes are turned into images with the boxes burned in, and the file is rebuilt without the old content, so the hidden text can't be selected, searched or recovered.
Why do redacted pages look slightly different?
They become high-resolution images (200 DPI). Text on those pages can't be selected any more - that's what makes redaction safe.
What if my PDF has a password?
